Raising money for various charities and good causes through networking events, community activities and lacrosse.

The Pink Whales Foundation (PWF) is a Boston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2012 by a group of local professionals united by a shared passion for lacrosse and a commitment to creating lasting impact through philanthropy. While our founding members have competed at various levels of the sport—from club to Division I and professional—we are bound by a belief that the role of the student-athlete extends far beyond the field. We champion the idea that individuals should strive to be citizens first, students second, and athletes third.

PWF exists to harness the strength of the Boston-area lacrosse community to raise critical funds for causes that matter—most notably, the fight to end ALS. Through an ongoing series of charity golf tournaments, lacrosse events, and networking initiatives, we bring people together to raise awareness, promote service, and drive meaningful contributions to research and patient care.

Our mission is twofold: to serve as a catalyst for philanthropic engagement among young professionals, and to amplify the role lacrosse can play in transforming lives off the field. We believe our community has the energy, talent, and compassion to effect real change—and we are committed to leading that charge until a cure is found.
